Qualifications

• Business degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transaction-focused roles involving mortgages.
• Experience with mortgage loan collateral is a plus.
• Familiar with Purchase and Sale Agreements and Offering Memorandums.
• Ability to access data rooms and coordinate information exchange with counterparties and vendors.
• Ability to create policies and procedures and suggest areas to improve.
• Ability to combine data from multiple sources to create singular reports.
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
• Strong client services skills and ability to work with internal and external counterparties.
• High sense of urgency, accountability, attention to detail, prioritization skills, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to finalize and execute agreements and schedules.
• Set transaction deadlines and ensure timelines are met.
• Create and manage deal calendars and provide updates to parties.
• Coordinate with diligence data providers and review findings.
• Ensure timely delivery of vendor findings; summarize findings.
• Lead the transfer of servicing during interim servicing.
• Reconcile balances and advances from prior servicers and loss mitigation in-flights.
• Prepare and analyze reports for Senior Management; draft policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
