Job summary

Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Content Specialist to create and maintain training content for the retail sales team. You will develop job aids, knowledge articles, SharePoint resources, slide decks, videos, and e-learning materials across cross-functional teams.

The role supports the Regional Sales Training Team and Elevate Coaching, partnering with Marketing, Operations, and Joint Venture squads. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in content creation or training are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, education, or instructional design.
Minimum three years total work experience in positions handling mortgage foreclosures documents and timelines.
Minimum two years' experience in the mortgage industry.
Minimum three years' experience in content creation or training/education.
Proven experience in content development and instructional design.
Strong writing, editing, and visual design; ADA standards preferred.
Proficiency with content authoring tools, LMS, and multimedia software.
Highly organized with a sense of urgency and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

Content creation: Develop and maintain engaging, informative, and on-brand training content.
Content maintenance: Regularly review and update training materials.
Content accessibility: Ensure materials are accessible in LMS, SharePoint and channels.
Collaboration: Work with internal comms and SMEs to gather content requirements.
Quality assurance: Conduct regular reviews for accuracy and effectiveness.
Feedback integration: Gather trainer feedback and improve programs.
