Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG Inc.) is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team in the United States.

You will verify, gather, and input application information for mortgage loans, discuss home loan options with clients, and ensure data accuracy across file reviews. The role requires state licensing and a track record of handling 2+ funded loans per month or equivalent training/mentorship as described in our qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must have applicable state licensing.
• Two to five years’ experience are preferred.
• Active funding of more than 2 loans per month or equivalent Xinnix training or mentor-based qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies, compiles, and inputs application information for mortgage loans.
• Discuss and advise the client of their home loan options.
• Reviews residential loan application file to verify data completion and compliance with standards.
• Informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
