Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG) is hiring an experienced mortgage loan originator to verify and process residential loan applications. You will advise clients on loan options, review files for completeness, and coordinate with title and survey where needed.

A current NMLS license and industry knowledge are required; 2–5 years' experience preferred. This role involves substantial client interaction, travel may be required, and compensation can reach a high earning potential based

Qualifications

• Must have applicable state licensing.
• Two to five years’ experience are preferred.
• Active funding of more than 2 loans/month or Xinnix Training or mentorship required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies and inputs mortgage loan applications.
• Discusses and advises clients on loan options.
• Reviews loan files for completeness and policy compliance.
• Notifies supervisor of title or survey discrepancies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains current NMLS license or good standing.
