Responsibilities include verifying and inputting loan information, advising clients on home loan options, and ensuring files meet standards.

Qualifications

• Must have applicable state licensing.
• Two to five years’ experience preferred.
• Must meet one of: active funding >2 loans/month, Xinnix Training for Loan Origination, or Origination mentor assigned by branch.

Responsibilities

• Verifies, compiles, and inputs mortgage loan applications.
• Discuss and advise clients on home loan options.
• Reviews loan applications for completeness and standards.
• Informs supervisor of title or survey discrepancies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Current, valid NMLS license or good standing.
