Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Mortgage Systems Integration Analyst to identify and define systems and business needs, coordinate development and support for applications, and serve as a liaison between IT, Operations and the business line.

Responsibilities include participating in project work, researching and resolving system issues, planning and testing enhancements, and documenting changes and training.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer-related field or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in projects or process improvements.
• Knowledge of Loan Servicing Systems (Mortgage Serv, ALS, AFS, TYSIS).
• Advanced office software skills with reporting and database tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Coordinates the research and resolution of system issues.
• Coordinates the planning, testing and implementation of system enhancements and conversions.
• Coordinates the development of strategic partnerships with internal and external business partners to develop systems and processes to increase automation and efficiencies.
• Coordinates monitoring system and operational controls, identifying areas of risk and suggesting possible improvements.
• Partners with the technical areas in the research and resolution of system and process problems.
• Identifies, researches, and analyzes production problems, develops solutions and resolves problems.
• Provides users with relevant systems training and with application level documentation of programming enhancements.
• Provides users with application-level documentation of programming enhancements.
• Maintains documentation of changes, test results and training.
• Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
• Monitors progress of team members to ensure project completion.
• Prepare reports for management defining and evaluating problems and ultimately recommending solutions.

General Function

Helps to identify and define systems and business line needs and requirements. Coordinates development and support for new and existing applications. Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Undergraduate degree in computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
