Job summary

MeridianLink is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of MeridianLink Mortgage LOS, POS, and core banking system integration implementations for new and existing customers, from kickoff through testing, go-live, and transition to support.

As the primary customer contact, you will own project planning, risk management, escalation, and accountability among MeridianLink resources to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple complex implementation projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Ability to manage risk and drive project milestones.
• Collaborative work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and lead major milestone meetings with customers.
• Create and maintain project plans, milestones, and timelines.
• Serve as primary customer contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Monitor deliverables, dependencies, and readiness to sustain momentum.
• Coordinate escalations and resolution with cross-functional MeridianLink resources.
• Provide regular status and escalation updates to Services Program Management.
• Maintain project management procedures and suggest process improvements.
