Job summary

RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC is seeking a Servicing Transfer Project Manager to oversee acquisition and release of mortgage loans within RoundPoint’s system. You will coordinate transfers, develop schedules, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining compliance with RESPA, CFPB, and investor guidelines.

The role emphasizes strong organization, communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional activities with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Service Transfer experience or 5 years in mortgage servicing
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work-related experience
• Experience managing mid to large scale projects
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking
• Strong written, presentation and oral communication skills
• Flexibility to changing priorities and independent work style
• Proven project management and business analysis skills
• Self-starter, organized and disciplined
• Consensus-building with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Schedule and lead meetings with sellers, servicers, MSR owners and internal units to ensure milestones and deliverables are met
• Manage pre- and post-transfer activities between sellers/servicers and internal units
• Maintain documentation of service transfer records
• Ensure compliance with CFPB Servicing Rules and other regulations
• Keep transfer documentation current (policies, procedures, project plans)
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices
• Train teammates and new team members as needed
• Handle special projects alongside daily responsibilities
• Support RoundPoint’s commitment to compliance
