Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years' mortgage processing, documentation and/or operations experience, required.
• Process design and implementation experience, required.
• Data management and reporting experience, required.

Responsibilities

• Builds and manages infrastructure for purchasing loans including, collateral tracking, documentation review, and servicing on-boarding.
• Manages purchases; checks documentation for funding and creates and sends funding request.
• Downloads and checks final documents.
• Tracks and manages collateral shipping.
• Downloads and standardizes pipeline files.
• Creates Selene boarding file and boarding documents, and manages weekly Selene/SPS boarding uploads.
• Manages cancellation documentation.
• Assists in the execution and documentation of loan sales by preparing, organizing, and communicating biweekly trades, confirming pricing with sellers, and sending documentation for execution.
• Assists in the underwriting and onboarding of new clients by managing counterparty onboarding, requesting vendor reviews, and gathering counterparty information.
• Prepares initial company overview.
• Coordinates with Banking division for account opening.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
