Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Mortgage Operations Administrator IOKC-Gaillardia in Oklahoma City to implement and oversee processing of NQM loan purchases and sales, building infrastructure, workflows, and onboarding processes.

You will manage documentation, collateral tracking, funding requests, and weekly boarding uploads, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced banking operations environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years mortgage processing, documentation and/or operations experience required.

Responsibilities

• Builds and manages infrastructure for purchasing loans including collateral tracking, documentation review, and onboarding.
• Manages purchases; checks funding documentation and creates/sends funding requests.
• Downloads and checks final documents.
• Tracks and manages collateral shipping.
• Downloads and standardizes pipeline files.
• Creates Selene boarding file and boarding documents; manages weekly Selene/SPS boarding uploads.
• Manages cancellation documentation.
• Updates workflow.
• Assists in loan trades documentation; communicates pricing with sellers and sends documents for execution.
• Assists in onboarding of new clients: counterparty onboarding, vendor reviews, gathering counterparty information.
• Prepares initial company overview.
• Coordinates with Banking division for account opening.

Builds and manages infrastructure for purchasing loans including, collateral tracking, documentation review, and servicing on-boarding.2. Manages purchases; checks documentation for funding and creates and sends funding request.3. Downloads and checks final documents.4. Tracks and manages collateral shipping.5. Downloads and standardizes pipeline files.6. Creates Selene boarding file and boarding documents, and manages weekly Selene/SPS boarding uploads.7. Manages cancellation documentation.8.
