Job summary

VIP Mortgage, Inc. is seeking a Servicing Coordinator to maintain mortgage servicing files, prepare documentation, and coordinate cross-functionally to meet deadlines. The role involves data entry for interim servicing and transfer processes, plus support for onboarding and audits.

The ideal candidate brings 3 years of mortgage lending or regulatory experience, strong writing and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Encompass. Hybrid work schedule offered.

Qualifications

• 3 years of mortgage lending or related regulatory experience.
• Loan Processor experience a plus.
• Knowledge of servicing and loan origination documents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate mortgage servicing files.
• Prepare servicing and transfer documentation and data.
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain missing documents.
• Support loan boarding and servicing-retained activities.
• Meet deadlines through effective organization.
• Prepare and review transfer documents to mortgage borrowers.
• Crosstrain with other servicing areas to provide backup.
• Upload loan data to interim servicing system.
