SWBC is seeking a dedicated professional to support the loan servicing function, monitoring sub-servicer activity for investor and regulatory compliance and responding to borrower questions. You will review foreclosure, bankruptcy, and claims processes, maintain detailed sub-servicer reports, and ensure accurate, timely servicing operations.
Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in mortgage servicing, strong compliance knowledge, and proficient MS Word/Excel skills.
Competenze
- Some college coursework in accounting or bookkeeping and related field.
- 4–5 years progressive mortgage loan servicing or collections experience.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations (FNMA/FHLMC) and compliance.
Mansioni
- Monitors mortgage sub-servicer’s early collection efforts for compliance.
- Researches and responds to borrower/branch inquiries related to servicing.
- Reviews loss mitigation efforts for compliance and SLA adherence.
- Reviews loans referred to foreclosures for regulatory compliance.
- Develops and maintains reports documenting review activities.
