Job summary

SWBC is seeking an Exceptions processor to review documents missing key information and verify data with insurance agents and carriers. You will handle a variety of tasks from document intake to updates in the system, building subject-matter expertise in mortgage processing while protecting SWBC and client interests.

Candidates should have strong attention to detail, 2+ years in data entry or customer service within mortgage/insurance/banking, and proficient MS Word/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years data entry, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of insurance, mortgage escrow accounts, or homeowner’s insurance.

Responsibilities

• Resolves escrow disbursement discrepancies by researching the loan and making outbound calls to obtain information.
• Maintain professional communication with agents, clients, and management.
• Process and track incoming documentation per policies and data sheets.
• Verify loan information against documents to ensure accuracy.
