Job summary

TEKsystems in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Customer Support Specialist for a contract-to-hire role. You will handle inbound inquiries about payments, escrow, and general mortgage servicing questions, with about 20% of days spent on outbound dialer reminders.

Training is on-site for 3 weeks, 8AM–5PM or 9AM–6PM. Engage with homeowners, refer refinancing opportunities to Originations, and follow escalation paths while using our proprietary servicing software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Eagerness to learn how to use our proprietary servicing software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound mortgage servicing inquiries with courtesy.
• Take outbound calls using dialer to remind borrowers of payments.
• Refer eligible homeowners for refinancing opportunities to Originations.
• Escalate issues and route to appropriate internal teams.
• Meet performance expectations and use internal software.
• Assist customers with website, escrow, and payoff questions.
