Responsibilities

• Ensure timely receipt and boarding of funded mortgage loans.
• Handle daily incoming and outgoing mail within the department.
• Prepare payoff statements and verify posting of payoff funds and fees.
• Process force placed insurance assessments and cancellations.
• Monitor hazard insurance policies; ensure regulatory and investor compliance.
• Post disbursement of premiums and verify policy details.
• Assist with tax payments including sorting, filing and scanning bills.
• Meet regulatory and compliance requirements including credit reporting and disclosures.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
• All employees act as risk managers per the company's risk program.
• Compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures is required.
