Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Mortgage servicing or financial services experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries with clear, timely resolutions.
• Research and analyze mortgage accounts across multiple systems.
• Verify and update customer contact information.
• Document conversations with concise notes.
• Escalate complex issues to managers or other teams.
• Assist with billing questions and coordinate with Collections as needed.
• Identify opportunities to introduce relevant products and services.
