Responsibilities include pricing loans in the pipeline, monitoring hedge performance, and ensuring compliance with policies and investor guidelines, while maintaining investor relations and supporting new loan product releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year college) and 0-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages risk pricing of loans in pipeline; process investor commitments; monitor rate fluctuations in marketplace and advise management of significant changes.
• Manages and monitors hedge performance by reviewing reports to mitigate risk while providing accurate data.
• Complies with bank policies and procedures, regulatory requirements and investor guidelines.
• Establishes and maintains secondary market investor relations by hosting and attending meetings.
• Oversees new loan product releases.
• Retrieves investor rates, publish and distributes rate sheets on daily basis.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
