Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a skilled professional to manage risk pricing of loans in the pipeline, coordinate investor commitments, and monitor rate fluctuations to support profitable mortgage operations.

You will maintain hedge performance, ensure compliance with policies and investor guidelines, and participate in investor relations and product releases. This role is on-site in a mortgage operations environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 0–2 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Knowledge of mortgage markets and investor relations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Price loans in the pipeline and monitor rate changes.
• Process investor commitments and hedge performance data.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and investor guidelines.
• Establish and maintain relationships with secondary market investors.
• Oversee new loan product releases.
• Publish daily investor rate sheets and distribute updates.

Summary

Provide quality, accurate and timely service to mortgage staff and establish and maintain relationships with secondary market investors. Protects the financial risk management and maximize profitability.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manages risk pricing of loans in pipeline; process investor commitments; monitor rate fluctuations in marketplace and advise management of significant changes.
• Manages and monitors hedge performance by reviewing reports to mitigate risk while providing accurate data.
• Complies with bank policies and procedures, regulatory requirements and investor guidelines.
• Establishes and maintains secondary market investor relations by hosting and attending meetings.
• Oversees new loan product releases.
• Retrieves investor rates, publish and distributes rate sheets on daily basis.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 0-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
