Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Mortgage Technology Secondary Marketing Business Analyst to bridge pricing, product and development teams for US Mortgage initiatives. You will translate BRDs into actionable specs for the IT team, resolve product/pricing defects, coordinate with LOS, PPE and QRM, and help sunset the legacy pricing engine while aligning with new go-forward strategies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in US banking, with excellent written and spoken

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Experience in US banking environments preferred.
• Understanding of mortgage product pricing and origination processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate BRDs into descriptions for IT implementation.
• Resolve product and pricing engine defects.
• Coordinate with LOS, PPE, and QRM for integrations and reporting.
• Assist with sunset of legacy pricing engine and adoption of new strategies.
• Support implementation road map for secondary marketing initiatives.
