Virginia Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Sales Director to lead the Mortgage Loan Officer team in Midlothian/Roanoke, VA. You will manage the mortgage origination process, drive production, and foster strong member relationships to achieve goals.

You will mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with branches and affiliates to expand mortgage-related services. A proven track record in mortgage sales and leadership is required.

Qualifikationen

• Significant mortgage origination and processing experience.
• Strong sales management experience.
• Knowledge of conventional and government loan programs and related regulations.
• Experience building Realtor relationships and marketing mortgage products.
• Proficiency with automated underwriting systems.
• Strong PC skills with Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Internet/Email/Voicemail.
• Experience in financial services industry.

Aufgaben

• Lead a mortgage loan officer team and set production goals.
• Oversee pipeline and ensure timely processing and file quality.
• Develop relationships with CPAs, builders, Realtors to generate leads.
• Promote VACU products and affiliates to members.
• Mentor, train and evaluate staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with NFIP, Reg B/C/X, RESPA and TIL requirements.
• Collaborate with branch management and other teams for smooth operations.
