Freedom Mortgage in Marlton, NJ is launching a Sales Development Program designed to equip recent graduates to become licensed Loan Advisors in the mortgage industry. The program includes soft skills training, sales coaching, networking, and SAFÉ Act licensing exams.

Participants will pass the SAFÉ exam, gain proficiency with mortgage software tools, and transition to a career path within Freedom Mortgage upon meeting program requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Pass the NMLS S.A.F.E. exam and participate in company-sponsored events.
• Engage in soft skills training, sales training, networking events, and ongoing feedback to improve performance as a sales professional.
