WizeHire, Inc. is launching a Loan Officer Trainee Program designed for ambitious individuals to transition into licensed Mortgage Loan Officers through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world sales experience.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment from day one, with continuous coaching from seasoned mortgage professionals. Within 90 days you’ll complete mortgage licensing, master sales scripts, and begin building a live borrower pipeline, preparing you for a full Loan Officer role.

Loan Officer Trainee Program

This is not a passive training program. From day one, you’ll be actively engaged, learning the skills and confidence needed to succeed in a fast‑paced, rewarding sales environment.

Throughout the program, you’ll gain experience in:

• Mortgage industry fundamentals
• Sales and communication techniques
• Live borrower conversations
• Loan product education and mortgage scenarios
• Objection handling and relationship building
• Lead management and pipeline development
• Licensing and compliance requirements

You’ll work alongside experienced mortgage professionals who are invested in your success and committed to helping you build a long‑term career.

What You’ll Accomplish Within Your First 90 Days

• Completed mortgage licensing and compliance training (100% company-paid)
• Mastered proven sales scripts and communication techniques
• Built and managed a pipeline of prospective borrowers
• Gained hands‑on experience with loans actively moving through the process
• Received ongoing coaching and mentorship from industry leaders
• Prepared for a successful transition into a full‑time Mortgage Loan Officer role

• Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
