Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Contact Real Estate firms, builders, etc. to establish referrals for mortgage loans and construction loans.
• Originate loans according to regulatory, agency and corporate guidelines.
• Attend Real Estate and community functions to establish sales relationships and goodwill within the community.
• Provide daily rates sheets to real estate agents, builders or other industry participants.
• Maintain branch production goals as set forth in the annual business plan and/or budget.
