Job summary

Magnit Direct Source is hiring a QC Analyst for a 3–4 month contract on behalf of Toyota, with locations in Plano, TX or Henderson, NV. The role demands 5+ years of experience and strong Excel capabilities.

Hybrid work setup requires onsite 3 days per month (Tue, Wed & Thu in the 3rd week). Potentially more onsite days in the future. Competitive benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in testing and documentation.
• Experience with Excel Pivot Tables and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Execute compliance testing for deposit originations, loan originations and servicing, including recommendations to improve processes.
• Provide responses, evidence and documentation for state and federal examinations; track remediation items with Compliance.
• Execute real-time QA processes related to mortgage origination, closing, funding and deposit originations.
• Perform HMDA review.
• Collaborate with mortgage originations team on remediation of business process or quality issues.
• Test lending-related FDICIA controls and update control inventories.
