Magnit Direct Source is hiring a QC Analyst for a 3–4 month contract on behalf of Toyota, with locations in Plano, TX or Henderson, NV. The role demands 5+ years of experience and strong Excel capabilities.

• Execute real-time QA processes related to mortgage origination, closing, funding and deposit originations.
• Perform HMDA review.
• Collaborate with mortgage originations team on remediation of business process or quality issues.
• Test lending-related FDICIA controls and update control inventories.

Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring a QC Analyst for a temporary assignment in Henderson, Nevada or Plano, Texas.

This is a 3–4 month contract. The pay range for this role is between $35.00 - $40.00/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute compliance testing for deposit originations, loan originations and servicing, including creation of recommended enhancements to business processes to mitigate operational or compliance risk;
• Provide responses, evidence and requested documentation for state and federal examinations and track associated remediation items in partnership with Compliance;
• Execute real-time QA processes related to mortgage origination, closing and funding and deposit origination.
• Execute timely Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) review.
• Collaborate with the mortgage originations team on remediation of business process or quality issues;
• Execute testing of lending-related FDICIA controls owned by the Operations Department and update key control inventory for lending processes

Qualifications:

• Years of Experience: 5+
• Should be proficient in using MS Excel, Word
• Looking for someone who is Attention to detail.
• Excel Skill. – Mandatory. Pivot table /Insert a column.
• Quality Control/Validations – Looks a document from system to another and validates.
• Execute timely Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) review.
• Need to be on MS Teams – Video during Interview.
• Hybrid Role – Need to come onsite 3 days in Month (Tues, wed & Thursday – 3rd week of Month).
• In Future, It can be a scenario where candidate might have to come 3 days a week.
• Location: Either Henderson, NV or Plano, TX.
