Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a QC Manager to lead the credit auditing team, ensuring accurate, on-time delivery of audit services in line with client SLAs and company standards.

The role manages daily workflow, coaches staff, responds to client inquiries within one hour during business hours, and partners with senior operations leadership to meet KPIs and drive process improvements. Responsibilities include staffing, monthly staff meetings, training new members, overtime

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 4 years managerial experience.
• 15 years residential mortgage experience.
• Experience with underwriting to FNMA, Freddie Mac, VA, FHA and USDA guidelines.
• Knowledge of mortgage fraud detection and prevention policies.
• Strong personnel training and leadership skills.
• MS Word and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries within one hour during standard business hours.
• Ensure client deadlines and standard turn times are met daily.
• Follow up on audit groups to meet client SLAs.
• Manage credit auditing staff and enforce policies.
• Review vendor reviews ensuring SLAs are met.
• Plan and coordinate daily/weekly assignments; inform staff of changes.
• Conduct monthly credit auditing staff meetings.
• Train new team members and set goal plans.
• Provide leadership to auditing staff to meet goals.
• Recommend workflow enhancements to VP of Operations.
• Provide feedback and corrective actions to staff.
• Call mandatory overtime as needed and oversee overtime.
• Maintain accurate records in ADP and calendars.
• Audit files as part of the Ops team.
• Assist with billing processes and outsource files.
• Email daily recap to management.
• Ensure KPIs are met with VP of Operations.
• Manage team leads' tasks and performance.
• Promote a positive work environment.
• Perform other duties as required.
