Job summary

Spieldenner Financial Group is a rapidly growing insurance organization focused on helping agents get paid quickly and keeping costs low while providing training and support for success. As a new mortgage protection advisor, you will set appointments, research client needs, meet with families to present options virtually or in-person, and handle underwriting follow-ups.

This commission-only role offers uncapped earnings with a target of 5–10 plan closures weekly, supported by extensive training

Responsibilities

• Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week contacting potential clients and scheduling meetings.
• Research: 4-5 hours per week to tailor options to client needs.
• Meeting with Families: 2 days per week presenting options, discussing coverage, and helping with applications.
• Administrative: 2 hours per week following up with carriers to facilitate underwriting.
