Job summary

Spieldenner Financial Group is a fast-growing insurance organization where agents are paid quickly and receive training and support to achieve success. As a new agent, you will set appointments, meet families to discuss mortgage protection options, and work with carriers to facilitate underwriting.

The role is commission-only with uncapped earning potential, including a bonus structure and incentive trips based on individual and team results.

Qualifications

• We are looking for coachable, challenge-seeking, self-disciplined individuals with a growth mindset: Skill set isn’t everything for this position.

Responsibilities

• Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week contacting potential clients and scheduling meetings to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
• Research: 4-5 hours per week digging into client information to tailor options for their financial needs in case of death or disability.
• Meeting with Families: 2 days per week meeting with clients virtually or in-person to present options and assist with coverage applications.
• Administrative: 2 hours per week following up with carriers to move applications through underwriting.
