Job summary

Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) is seeking a Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join its team in Herne Bay. You will chat with clients to understand mortgage needs and provide expert guidance on products, protecting clients financially as they buy a home.

The role offers a competitive salary, uncapped commission, and full support from a national brand with 2,500 leads from Rightmove per month. You’ll stay on top of lender criteria and market changes while guiding clients through the home-buying

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in mortgage advising
• Great communicator and genuinely good with people
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload

Responsibilities

• Chatting with clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs.
• Offering expert, honest advice on a wide range of mortgage products and protection options.
• Guiding people through the home-buying journey – and making it less scary!
• Staying on top of market changes and lender criteria
