Job summary

Cascade Financial Services in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Production Associate to support Loan Officers and borrowers from application through processing. You will coordinate loan files, collect documents, and maintain accurate records to keep the pipeline moving and compliant.

This entry point into mortgage origination offers a path toward NMLS licensing and growth within Sales and Mortgage Operations. You will partner with Operations, Sales, and Compliance to deliver excellent service and timely

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and active listening abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Attention to detail with problem-solving and sound judgment.
• Proficiency with computer applications and LOS/CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loan files from application through processing submission with Operations and Sales.
• Collect, review, and organize required loan documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for borrowers with inquiries and follow-up.
• Deliver proactive, professional customer service and communication.
• Manage and monitor loan officer pipelines to ensure timely progress and compliance.
• Maintain accurate loan records and update systems for smooth workflow through closing.
