Primary-Residential-Mortgage,-Inc in Stamford, CT is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage (Loan Officer to Leader) to grow a high-performing team while you continue to originate. You keep your own book, with processing and back-office support provided; compensation blends base salary with commissions and a branch P&L focus, with minimal travel and an on-site role.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of retail mortgage origination, active NMLS license, a strong referral network, and a track

Competenze

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS).
• You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.

Mansioni

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
