Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage to lead a Waterbury, CT branch.

You will continue originating while leveraging processing, underwriting, and back-office support to scale production and recruit coaching talent. You will recruit, mentor and guide loan officers, helping grow the branch’s culture and P&L while maintaining strong relationships with a referral network and top producers.

Qualifications

• Have about 3 years in retail mortgage originations with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS).
• Possess or pursue a Principal Lending license where required.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours weekly.
• Lead the branch’s culture, performance and P&L growth.
