Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in Hartford, CT. You will keep originating while building a team; we provide processing, underwriting and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.

You’ll be compensated with a base salary ranging from $80K–$220K depending on production, plus commission on personal production and a branch override; sign-on bonus available. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• About 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) and Principal Lending license or ability to obtain.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready to run a branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
