• At least 2 years of mortgage experience.
• Knowledge of real estate and mortgage terminology.

Responsibilities

• Process loans within designated builder communities and manage a loan pipeline.
• Collect, follow up and review required documentation per lender guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA).
• Update files 45–60 days prior to closing and prepare the file for final underwriting, pre-closing and conditions.
