Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Full-Cycle Mortgage Processor to handle home equity processing for a Michigan credit union. This contract role is onsite in Troy, MI, with hours from 8:30am to 5pm and a pay rate of $22–$26 per hour.

You will manage 25–30 files per person after training and assist from start to finish through underwriting. Responsibilities include reviewing income information, ordering appraisals, gathering payoff information, arranging closings, and ensuring files are ready for

Description

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm with 30 minute lunch

Pay Rate: $22-26/hr

Location: Onsite in Troy, MI

Responsible for:

• Managing 25 to 30 files per person (once fully trained)
• Processing home equity loans from start to finish
• Reviewing income information (ie. Pay stubs)
• Orderging appraisals if needed
• Ordering flood certification
• Gathering payoff information
• Reviewing mortgagee clause
• Preparing files for closing and sending to underwriting
• Arrange closing

Pay and Benefits
