Job summary

Pulte Mortgage, a subsidiary of PulteGroup, is launching a Mortgage Banking Training Program in Denver, CO. It is a full-time, paid training track designed to prepare you for a Loan Processor position within residential mortgages.

The program welcomes candidates with no mortgage experience and emphasizes bilingual Spanish skills. Expect mentorship, online learning, and hands-on shadowing to build customer service and processing skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work with multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare purchase mortgage loans (FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA).
• Verifies accuracy and adherence to investor guidelines of all documents required for a complete submission to Underwriting.
• Excellent customer service skills, along with professional written and oral communication skills
• Provides consistent communication on loan status to customers to ensure a smooth mortgage transaction.
• Ability to maintain quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to multi-task using multiple computer screens and software programs.
• Successfully use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to process loans.
• Cultivate relationships with peers as a peer mentor
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Performs other duties as assigned
