Pulte Mortgage in Denver, CO is launching a Mortgage Banking Training Program to prepare you for a future Loan Processor role. The program combines online classroom learning with mentorship and job shadowing to develop the skills needed for processing loans.

You’ll gain exposure to the mortgage application process, learn investor guidelines, and collaborate with underwriting and sales teams to complete loan files.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer service role or equivalent
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Ability to multi-task and maintain detail
• Dedicated workspace and reliable internet for remote work
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare purchase mortgage loans (FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA)
• Verify accuracy and adherence to investor guidelines for submissions
• Provide consistent communication on loan status to customers
• Maintain quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-task using multiple computer screens and software
• Use critical thinking and problem-solving to process loans
• Cultivate relationships with peers as a mentor
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Performs other duties as assigned
