Job summary

American Airlines Credit Union seeks a Member Services Rep-AACU Mortgage Processing to handle mortgage applications and closing activities. This is a 3-month W2 contract, 100% on-site in Fort Worth, TX, with duties spanning pre-closing, analysis, and funding using Prime Alliance and related tools.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus banking or mortgage experience is preferred. Strong office skills and compliance awareness are essential, including BSA familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Banking or Credit Union experience preferred.
• Mortgage lending knowledge a plus (FNMA/NCUA/AAFCU).
• Residential mortgage closing and funding familiarity is desirable.
• Proficient PC software knowledge: DU, Prime Alliance, Episys.

Responsibilities

• Process mortgage applications for purchase or refinance.
• Prepare pre-closing requirements and credit analysis.
• Ensure accurate closing and funding across states and territories.
• Assist as backup for initial member contact and applications.
• Represent Mortgage Department at events and projects.
• Adhere to compliance including Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
