Job summary

The role requires extensive mortgage processing knowledge, leadership skills, and collaboration with the Mortgage and Equity Production team to meet service goals. Hybrid in-office/remote work is available after training.

Qualifications

• Significant first mortgage processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation and regulatory guidelines.
• Experience coaching staff and leading a mortgage team.

Responsibilities

• Manage mortgage processing function ensuring timely, accurate loan files.
• Lead disclosure desk and pipeline management to meet KPI targets.
• Provide performance feedback and development plans to staff.
• Collaborate with mortgage management to set goals and drive results.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/OFAC, ATR/QM, and investor guidelines.
