Job summary

Deerwood Bank is seeking a Residential Real Estate Loan Processor and Disclosure Specialist to work in its Baxter, Deerwood, Mendota Heights, or St Michael, MN branches. The role focuses on timely, accurate processing of real estate loan files and preparing disclosures in compliance with TILA and governing regulations.

Responsibilities include data entry, collaboration with loan officers and underwriters, and ensuring disclosures meet regulatory timing requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years mortgage loan processing experience in a high-volume environment is REQUIRED.
• Experience with Encompass mortgage origination software strongly preferred.
• Provide excellent customer service and work in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize and make on-the-spot decisions that impact the customer.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage process and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process loan documents for accuracy and compliance with TILA and FNMA guidelines.
• Input data into mortgage systems and prepare documentation for underwriting.
• Collaborate with underwriters and loan officers to facilitate workflows.
• Monitor disclosures timing and ensure delivery via mail, email or e-sign as directed.
• Generate and distribute Closing Disclosure and related documents; upload disclosures to UCD.
