AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Post Closing Final Doc Specialist for the Sandy Springs, GA office. You’ll handle receipt and accuracy of mortgages, data entry, imaging, and monitoring of final documents and investor reports.

The role requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and independence with a team-oriented mindset. On-site Atlanta location with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• General knowledge of mortgage industry preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to problem solve and work independently while being a team player.

Responsibilities

• Receive and ensure accuracy of all recorded mortgages and final title policies.
• Enter data from received mail into the system.
• Image all recorded final documents.
• Monitor unsold loans and ensure timely workflow.
• Ship documents after sale to designated investors promptly.
• Monitor Investors Final Doc Reports and clear suspensions until reconciled.
• Prepare and correct documents pertaining to Final Docs; security instruments, riders, endorsements, etc.
• Reconcile recording fees and issue corrected CDs when applicable.

What we’re looking for:

AmeriSave is currently hiring Post Closing Final Doc Specialists to join our winning team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and a positive attitude. This position is on-site in our Sandy Springs, GA location.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for receipt and accuracy of all recorded mortgages and final title policies.
• Responsible for data entry of received mail.
• Responsible for imaging of all recorded final docs.
• Responsible for monitoring of unsold loans.
• Responsible for shipping documents once sold to designated investors in a timely manner.
• Responsible for monitoring Investors Final Doc Reports to ensure that nothing is aged. Clearing suspensions and following up until reconciled.
• Responsible for preparing and correcting all necessary documents pertaining to Final Docs; Security Instruments, riders, endorsements, etc.
• Responsible for reconciling recording fees and issuing corrected CD’s when applicable.

What You’ll Need:

• Proficient in Microsoft; Word, Excel, Outlook
• General knowledge of mortgage industry preferred; mortgage legal docs

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $15.38 per hour plus bonus per pay period. Target annual compensation for this position is $39,000 to $52,000.
