Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry, specifically in loan closing or post-closing roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Experience working with title companies and understanding their role in closing.

Responsibilities

• Review all closed loan files for accuracy and completeness.
• Work closely with title companies to resolve issues during closing.
• Activate Mortgage Insurance Certificates and ensure documentation is in place.
