Newrez LLC is seeking a Portfolio Manager to drive client relationships across a core portfolio of mortgage servicing clients. You will own the servicing strategy, oversee transactions, and contribute to profitability through effective oversight and performance optimization.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and analytical abilities, with a focus on risk management, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years in Mortgage Servicing, client-facing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated group of 3rd party mortgage clients.
• Oversee GSE form submissions, invoicing, and repurchase management with root-cause analysis.
• Manage client P&Ls, negotiate fee schedules, and support new client onboarding.
