Job summary

New Hampshire Housing is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to manage loans from disclosure to underwriting, partnering with lenders and internal stakeholders to keep loans moving smoothly while maintaining compliance.

In this role you will ensure accurate disclosures, prepare files for underwriting, drive the loan pipeline, and serve as the main point of contact for originators with timely responses to inquiries.

Qualifications

• Mortgage processing experience required.
• Solid knowledge of FHA/USDA/conventional lending guidelines.
• Understanding of TRID, HVCC, ECOA and RESPA.
• Strong organization and pipeline management.
• At least three years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Disclosures to borrowers in compliance with program rules.
• Prepare loan files for underwriting according to guidelines.
• Drive loan pipeline with lenders and internal teams to help timely closings.
• Serve as main contact for participating originators and respond to questions promptly.

As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you'll manage mortgage loans from disclosure through underwriting preparation, partnering closely with participating lenders and internal stakeholders to keep loans moving efficiently while maintaining compliance with program and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure borrowers receive timely and accurate disclosures while maintaining compliance with NH Housing programs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare loan files for underwriting, ensuring compliance with New Hampshire Housing and agency/insurer guidelines.
• Serve as a key driver of the loan pipeline, partnering with lenders and internal teams to help borrowers close on time.
• Act as the main point of contact for participating originators, monitoring emails and phone calls while responding to program and system-related questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor loan files and documentation continually to identify and complete valid Change of Circumstances requiring redisclosure, within regulatory timeframes to avoid cures.
  

To support onboarding and training, the initial weeks of employment will be conducted in-office. Following this period, remote work may be available on an intermittent basis, as determined by the manager.

What you’ll bring:
