Job summary

CTBC Bank Corp USA is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer to generate mortgage production through self-sourced channels in Phoenix, AZ. You will build long-term referral relationships with realtors, builders, bankers, and other sources to meet loan origination goals.

The role requires 2+ years of external retail mortgage originations, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate mortgage products and investor guidelines, with training on bank policies and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of external retail mortgage loan origination experience with emphasis on self-sourced business.
• Ability to establish referral partner relationships in the market (realtors, builders, attorneys, CPAs).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain programs and terms to customers.

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage and related loan applications in an assigned area and develop referral relationships.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities through customer profiling and needs-based selling.
• Review loan applications and submit complete packages for processing and underwriting.
• Complete mandatory training on Bank, BSA, and regulatory requirements; perform other duties as assigned.
