Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Mortgage Production Manager in Cleveland to oversee origination processes for purchases and refinances. You will supervise section staff, ensure adherence to guidelines, and coordinate training to maintain high quality loan documentation and workflow efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to drive improvements across the mortgage production team.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Navy Federal mortgage products, services and procedures.
Experience with compliance analysis and regulatory guidelines (Federal/NCUA).
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and supervise teams.

Responsibilities

Supervise operations to meet production goals and service levels.
Identify and drive efficiencies to improve departmental performance.
Coordinate with processing/closing teams to ensure timely loans with proper documentation.
Review loan applications for viability and compliance with guidelines.
Audit closing costs, rate structures, and transfer processes; assist with complex loans.
Provide training and direction on processes; resolve member issues and escalations.
Ensure adherence to documentation and disclosure requirements and HR policies.
