Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field from the description.
• Experience leading loan fulfillment operations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage operations, agency/government guidelines, and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage loan fulfillment and operational functions (processing, closing, funding, post closing).
• Develop and monitor operational metrics, SLAs, and resource allocation.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and IT to drive improvements and automation.
