Job summary

MegaStar Financial Corp. in Denver seeks an experienced Corporate Operations Manager to lead and support the mortgage operations group across processing, closing, compliance, post-closing, quality control and technology. This role focuses on ensuring loans move efficiently and accurately through the pipeline.

You will mentor teams, resolve complex loan issues, implement automation and AI-driven tools, and partner with Sales, Compliance and Tech to raise loan quality and borrower satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in residential mortgage operations from application to post-closing.
• Proven ability to lead mortgage processing and closing teams.
• Strong understanding of TRID, HPML, QM and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Operations Team, guiding loan specialists and closers.
• Oversee Closing Operations, policies, and electronic closing implementations.
• Manage operational audits, quality reviews, and ensure remediation actions.
• Provide Sales and Loan Officer support on products and complex scenarios.
• Support technology, automation, and AI-enabled tooling to improve efficiency.
