Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; finance/business degree preferred.
• Minimum one year in Loss Mitigation, mortgage servicing or related field.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Discretion with confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Gather supporting documentation to create complete loan workout packages within required timeframes.
• Enter and upload documents to the BLITZ/AIQ document repository.
• Follow up to ensure timely decisions in compliance with regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through loss mitigation.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and documentation.
• Ensure CFPB regulatory compliance during loss mitigation evaluations.
