Job summary

Liberty FCU is seeking an Application Support Analyst to configure and support mortgage loan origination systems, including Encompass. The role requires knowledge of lending processes, strong service orientation, and ability to work with business units on LOS enhancements.

The candidate will interact with management to ensure data integrity, security, and documentation, and may require evening/weekend hours. Evansville, IN on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience
• 3+ years in a lending operations role preferred
• Experience with loan origination processes and LOS is a plus
• Familiarity with Encompass LO system and reporting capabilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize mortgage loan origination systems including Encompass
• Manage access roles and permissions
• Capture requirements from business units for LOS operations and enhancements
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support and issue resolution for LOS and integrations
• Coordinate releases and post-upgrade testing
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation
